Coverage area of regional transmitting center – 50-60 km for 2-3 national channels and 15-20 km for other TV-channels. Signal distribution interval is significantly decreased in hilly areas. Microwave transmission lines don’t solve the problem. According to statistics, 60-70% of Ukrainian citizens can receive up to 3-4 TV-channels and the rest of citizens 1-2 TV-channels only.
There is no any wide application for satellite broadcasting reception (high cost of receiving equipment, channels encoding, including Ukrainian channels; lack of regional channels in signal).
Cable networks building is not profitable on the territories with individual building.

The main problems that were solved as a result of the system’s putting into operation:
Delivery of high quality content;
Integration of regional, national and international channels on communicatory level;
Digital television distribution into all the existing cable networks without building head-ends.
